How to Delete Your NexarilyAI Account and Data

We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your NexarilyAI account and all associated data, including any data obtained through Facebook, Instagram, or other connected platforms.
You have two options to delete your data. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.
How to Delete Your Data
1 Delete Through Your Account Settings
The fastest way to delete your account and data:
- Log in to your NexarilyAI account at nexarilyai.com
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Scroll down to find "Delete Account"
- Click "Delete My Account" and confirm your decision
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
2 Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access your account or prefer email, send us a deletion request:
Include in your email:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your NexarilyAI account
- Your name (for verification purposes)
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

⏱️ Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you can no longer log in
- 30-Day Grace Period: Your data is retained but inaccessible. Contact us to restore your account if you change your mind
- After 30 Days: All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems
- Backups: Data is purged from backups within 90 days
📘 For Facebook/Instagram Users
If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to NexarilyAI:
- All data we obtained from Facebook/Instagram will be deleted
- This includes page insights, engagement data, and any content we stored
- Your actual Facebook/Instagram accounts are not affected — we only delete our copies
- You can also revoke our access directly in your Facebook Business Integrations Settings
Data We May Retain
Even after account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law:

⚠️ Before You Delete
Please note: Account deletion is permanent after the 30-day grace period. Make sure to:
- Download any data or reports you want to keep
- Cancel your subscription to avoid future charges
- Disconnect any active integrations
- Export your AI agent configurations if needed
Confirmation Process
After you submit a deletion request:
- Acknowledgment Email — We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours
- Verification — We may contact you to verify your identity
- Processing — Your deletion request is processed
- Completion Notice — You'll receive final confirmation when deletion is complete
